As you may know, the new California Codes (2010 editions) will become effective on 01/01/2011. When you access “Fady’s Corner,” you should find a new topic at the beginning of every month dealing with the most significant changes (and provisions) of the California Mechanical Code, the California Plumbing Code and the new California Green Building Code. After a lengthy search and a number of exciting debates we are proud to announce our new home is now in picturesque Upland California. Upland is a beautiful community cuddled up in the foothills of Mount Baldy; charming with its tree lined streets and hometown quality. Downtown Los Angeles is a mere thirty minutes from our new location and only an hour from the Coachella Valley. We hope you will visit us sometime as we begin this new chapter of JAS Pacific.
